Walk-Ins · Reach-Ins · Ice · Hoods · Cookline · AC
Every walk-in, reach-in, ice machine, hood, and rooftop unit your restaurant runs on — repaired, maintained, and installed by EPA-certified commercial techs serving Riverside & San Bernardino County.
Every restaurant operator we work with knows the four moments where a service call has to land fast. We built our restaurant practice around exactly these.
Walk-In Down Mid-Service
The line is slammed, the walk-in just warmed up to 50°F, and you've got thousands in product on the clock. We triage no-cooling calls first.
Ice Machine Empty by 8PM
Bar drinks, water glasses, salad bar — when ice runs out at peak, the front of house feels it immediately. We restore production fast.
Hood Won't Pull Smoke
Exhaust hood and make-up air imbalance trip alarms, fill the dining room with smoke, and fail a health inspection on the spot.
Health-Code Re-Inspection Looming
Documented service records, calibrated temps, and clean gaskets — we leave a paper trail your inspector can verify.
Refrigeration, ice, ventilation, and AC — the four service categories every operating restaurant in the Inland Empire eventually needs us for.

01From 6×6 produce coolers to large-format freezer boxes — panel repair, condensing units, defrost cycles, and door gaskets.
02True, Beverage-Air, Traulsen, Continental — single, double, and triple-door reach-ins behind every line.
03Undercounter prep refrigeration and sandwich/pizza prep tables built for the abuse of the hot line.
04Bar ice, pellet ice, flake, and nugget — repair, NSF deep clean, and full replacement of every modular head and undercounter unit.
The equipment behind a 200-seat steakhouse, a craft brewery, a drive-thru, and a ghost kitchen each fails differently — and we know each pattern.
Full-Service Restaurants
White-tablecloth and casual dining — the walk-in, line refrigeration, and AC all have to hold through a 200-cover night.
Bars & Breweries
Beer caves, back-bar coolers, glycol systems, and ice production tuned to bar throughput and beer-line temperatures.
Fast-Casual & QSR
Drive-thru and counter operations where reach-ins, prep tables, and ice run 18 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pizzerias & Bakeries
Dough retarders, deck-oven hoods, walk-in proofers, and the make-up air balance that keeps the kitchen safe.
Ghost Kitchens & Catering
Multi-tenant kitchen pods and catering commissaries — shared refrigeration, ice, and ventilation maintained tenant-by-tenant.
Cafés & Coffee Shops
Pastry display cases, milk fridges, ice production, and the small-format AC that keeps a tight space comfortable.
