Walk-In Caves · Glycol · Back-Bar · Direct-Draw
Walk-in beer caves, glycol chillers, back-bar reach-ins, and direct-draw boxes — repaired and tuned by EPA-certified commercial techs serving Riverside & San Bernardino County.
Every bar, brewery, and beer retailer eventually runs into the same four failure modes. We built our beer-cooler practice around them.
Walk-In Cave Warming
Beer cave drifting above 40°F with a full SKU load — kegs at risk and customers walking out for cold options.
Foamy Pours at the Tap
Trunk line not holding 32°F, glycol bath warm, or recirc pump failing — your draft program loses revenue every minute.
Glycol System Down
Chiller cycling, pump airbound, or trunk insulation compromised. We re-prime, top off, and re-balance the whole loop.
Back-Bar Reach-In Failed
Bottle cooler down on a Friday night. We arrive with door heaters, gaskets, and fan motors for True, Perlick, Glastender, and Krowne.
From the walk-in cave to the faucet head — the four service categories that keep beer cold and pouring.

What beer cooler equipment do you repair?
Walk-in beer caves, back-bar reach-in coolers, direct-draw beer boxes, glycol chillers and beer-line cooling, kegerators, and refrigerated bottle coolers — every brand. See our walk-in service and reach-in service pages.
Can you fix warm beer lines and foamy pours?
Yes. Foamy pours usually trace to glycol bath temperature, trunk-line insulation, or beer-line balance. We diagnose the whole loop — glycol chiller, recirc pump, trunk lines, and faucet temps — and rebalance the system.
Do you service beer caves at liquor stores and c-stores?
Yes. Walk-in beer caves are our highest-volume repair across grocery and c-store accounts — door heaters, gaskets, evaporator fan motors, defrost cycles, and condensing-unit failures.
What temperature should a beer cooler hold?
Most retail beer storage holds 34-38°F. Bar walk-ins and back-bar boxes typically run 36-40°F. Glycol-cooled beer lines target 28-32°F at the trunk to deliver 38°F at the faucet. We verify with calibrated probes on every visit.
Do you offer PM plans for bars and breweries?
Yes. Our PM plans include quarterly coil cleanings, gasket inspections, glycol top-offs, and faucet-temp verification with documented service records.
