Most fresh-cut flowers store best at 33-38°F with 80-90% RH. Tropicals (anthuriums, orchids, birds-of-paradise) prefer 50-55°F. We verify both temp and humidity with calibrated probes and tune the cooler to your product mix.

Why do my flowers wilt even when the cooler is cold?
Cold-but-dry coolers desiccate blooms fast. The fix is usually airflow direction, RH balance, and evaporator coil temp. We re-aim airflow, add humidification where appropriate, and stabilize the cabinet.
